Mindfuse is built around one idea: when you only hear someone's voice, you listen to what they actually say.

There are no photos, no follower counts and no profiles to judge. There is one person, one voice and one conversation.

Its mission is creating a greater sense of community, by letting people truly hear each other.

How Mindfuse works, step by step

1. Download the app. Mindfuse is free to download on the App Store and Google Play.
2. Sign up with your phone number. There is no profile to fill in. Your number is never shown to the people you talk to.
3. Tap once. Mindfuse connects you with one real person somewhere else in the world.
4. Talk. You hear their voice, and you see their country and the hour where they are. Nothing else.
5. Say goodbye. End the call whenever you like, with one tap.
6. Keep the Weave. After the conversation, you get a Weave, the artwork Mindfuse makes from it. With Premium, every Weave is a 1 of 1.

The Daily Fuse

The Daily Fuse happens every day at 17:00 UTC.

At that moment, people all over the world open Mindfuse together. It is the busiest half hour of the day and the easiest time to be connected.

Because it is one global moment, it falls in the morning for some people and late at night for others.

The Weave

A Weave is the artwork Mindfuse makes from a conversation. After every conversation of a minute or more, you get one.

It is made from the shape of the moment: the rhythm of your two voices, the silences, the hour for each of you and where the conversation sits in your journey. It is never made from what was said. Calls are not recorded.

Everyone gets the standard Weave, two threads of light twisted into one rope. With Premium, every conversation becomes a 1 of 1 Weave: a unique artwork in one of five styles: Totality, Nocturne, The Thread, Contour and Herbarium.

You can keep every Weave, hang your favourites in Your World and share them as a video or an image. See the Weaves and the styles.

The Woven World and Your World

The Woven World is the living globe in Mindfuse. Every conversation on Mindfuse becomes part of it.

Your World is your own part of it: each conversation you have had appears as a thread of light, across the time zones you have talked with.

How Mindfuse keeps conversations safe

• Every account is verified with a phone number, which keeps out bots and throwaway accounts.
• You can report or block someone during a conversation or right after it.
• Reports are reviewed, and automatic moderation helps remove people who break the community guidelines.
• There is no camera in Mindfuse, and calls are not recorded.
• You can end any call with one tap.

• Free to start. Your first two weeks are free and unlimited, with no card needed.
• Free every week. After that, you get 3 free conversations every week.
